Property Inspections
Our agents will visit the interior of the property once per quarter and report any necessary maintenance or repair issues to owner. We will also make weekly visits to the exterior to ensure property is in compliance with codes. Agent will prepare a proposal for the work and will provide copies of all invoices to owner accompanied with high-resolution digital pictures. FOR MD/DC ONLY
