• Attending board meetings and maintaining ongoing communication with board members
• Maintaining a current list of unit ownership: (i.e., names, addresses, etc.)
• Preparing notices for general meetings, issuing meeting agendas, notices & distributing board packages
• Administering the ongoing day-to-day operations of the association, which includes correspondences and any other tasks accompanied with property management
• Dispersing periodic notices to residents, keeping them abreast of board decisions
• Providing HOA documents to escrow agents/lenders
